Lets crawling

Woke up early in the morning just to join my buddies out crawling nearby our house where lots of rocky steep cliff are. Its time to test out my new creation built from ground up with high tech parts and some mechanical junkies into 4WD r/c rock crawler. After done hooked the models into the computer for 1 hour tuning work then we head straight to the rocky hills. Played for almost 3 hours under the scorching mid morning sun, with precision maneuvering on the steering and gentle stroke on the throttle my crawler gripping the rocks like spider climbing way up to the top. All the mechanical and electronics such as suspension, drive system, radio response and motor system perform flawlessly. I'm happy to achive a mini scale products that works wonders.

The almighty small 4WD dirt monster.

Once again......Its small but pack all the lastest technology equivalent to hi tech computer and machinery. Can't believe its costs a bang to let it run wild on the dirt track. 2.4Ghz spektrum module, high kv brushless motor technology, programmable computer tuned ESC with software modification and upgrade, 4 channel computerised remote control, high dischare rate lithium polymer pack, precision mechanical parts and lots more... and can fit inside a shoe box. This time its even better!!

It has return!

Tougher, stronger, more bling and fully aluminum strength. It reminds me of my olds monter truck i design for 4x4evo1/2: the MAXXIMUS Zen.

Previous test drive on MAXXIMUS, torque test.

Here the last video taken during test drive a day after finish compiling it for 4x4 evo2 off-road simulation. Tough built and looks like Hummer. Actually rivalry truck for steep competition over the top. Hopefully this new 4x4 design could last longer than my previous creation because this is the only design i could put closer to real life scale.

Woohooo!! got me NRX-18 RC scale 1/18!

Finally i manage to get my hands on special 1/18 R/C models designed by Mr. HIROSAKA manufactured by NANDA Racing (www.nandaracing.com). After i finish several 3d design project last week i manage to receive payment from the client, small portion of the profit used to purchase my favorite R/C car from local store at FOO Brothers R/C shop. Low slung chassis, 4wd transmission, durable high impact main frame, fast and much better than my mini-z. This month i wanted to try out several test and play around before further purchasing accessories and hop-up. Hopefully this one can mount the fun during my boring times. Hoping to tune it max above 100km/h with Lipo battery and hot motors.

Anyways despite having fun i need to devided my time for special project given by customer. Looks like more fund coming in! Yeah time to top up my hobby!

R/C style stadium truck wheelset

I've start making some wheel set in preparation to create another variant of MAXXIMUS models. I expect to start with two new variant. As shown are new wheels which much bigger and bogger for stability and R/C style for this new variant. This time you'll see how unique it will look at final stage during UV mapping and texturing. I will prepare two unit wheel first.

Hot news on MAXXIMUS!

I've received special order from a person whom i knew 4 years back and he is placing an offer which i couldn't resist. We made a deal which he cash in some so i took his offer. This deal related to making some custom paint jobs and variants on X3-SIXTY and upcoming MAXXIMUS. You will see one of the MAXXIMUS variants will be a STADIUM truck much like wider wheel base and bigger wheels. As for me i have no problem since i will be making a total of 2x X3-Sixty customs and 4x MAXXIMUS customs. He knew these two new models will be spreading wild fire across the internet and time to get his advertising to work. Hey finally i got budget to upgrade my Radio Control MINI-Z......yess!!
