Lesson to learn every morning
Happiness comes from your tummy. Thats what i learn from a healhty elderly men who gave me a usefull advice. Eat more in the morning, less at noon and like beggar at night. A good nice tasty food early in the morning contribute huge factor bringing up a good mood to start your day till dawn, A tasty food in the morning will spark your brain to create much excitement to start your day.

Hmmmm our first Happy New Year Sunday Breakfast, sign of of good luck wishes and prosperity ahead of year 2010 and years to come. I ate almost 70% of the DimSums and dumplings on the table. Yes i wish my stomach happy new year too.

Bee huun!!!
Dry Bee huun, dry Mee Huun, dry Bihun or what every you call this noodle its still my favorite morning breakfast before head to office. Its best stomach filling breakfast for this month. Last month was Laksa noodles but some how i felt puked when i discover something there was something else funny in there. So i list it out this month.

Sunday home Crisp Chicken Nuggets
Sometimes you have to be smart when buying nuggets from fast food restaurant like KFC or McDonald. They costs more than $4 per-pack with only 6pcs of meat in it...if you're unlucky you might stumble thumb size meat. But if we buy raw nuggets from supermarket in packs of 32 pcs inside we get $6....cheaper than buying and much safer if we cook our own. All we have to do is just work effort and cook it in hot oil and waaalaaaa.....we have our own home cooked nuggets and saved some money from fast food restaurant. Hmmm....12 pcs for myself for breakfast...hahahaha.

Looks tasty, very crunchy, very yummy, its delicious, its munchy, its crispy, its orange, its golden, its aromatic, ooooommmpppppy!! You like it? Its my favorite Sunday home made cooking for my own breakfast. All comes in 3x plate full for my tummy. Taste my cooking surely you'll forget about your favorite KFC nugget. What is that?...I called it Fried Banana Supreme! Proven that women is light years behind men in cooking skills..hehehehehe!

Woke up late, no time to cook, very rushing, its working day. Need ultimate breakfast, a tasty noodle, behold the red noodle locally made "KOLO MEE". Only today it taste different, superbly nice and crispy ingredient!! Dunno why it taste good today. Probably they switched the cooker. Hmmm..... any felt much enjoy this morning. You know the fact is that good early morning breakfast really influence how we enjoy our self all day long. So choose a great breakfast makes Jack a happy man.

! Morning breakfast with LE CHEF DAVID !
Its another beautiful morning! Sky so blue, cloud so white and i'm feeling super right. Time to head the kitchen! Time for some cooking.
Good morning, its Sunday. I need heavy duty food plus tonnes of energy with crusty and tasty breakfast. Its for cycling energy to fuel up this afternoon ride. I'm experimenting with new ingredient into blank crusty flour flat pan cake. I'm going to add this melted shrimp which i found on the fridge locally they called this clump of muddy shirmp "cencaluk". I just took pintfull of thos thing into my breakfast cooking. To enhance the flavor put powerder cinamon and local made black paper. The stir them into the hot oil. Mix with flour, hot dog sausage and two egg into crusty munchies. 20 minutes later ...Waaaa laaa!! magnifiQue!!! tasty breakfast fresh from the cooking pan. I called it. "Pan de Shrimpo!"
Let see if the food energy cold push my cycling performance to the max later afternoon

Only for this morning as i woke up late i decided to take quick munch at cafe. This one only can fill me 30% of energy. Should have took 3 bowls because its Satuday and need energy to go out riding later.

How to enjoy safe meal outside home?
Nowadays i don't trust any food cooked from restaurant, cafe or what so ever unseen behind the kitchen. Recently i went to the hospital where my sister work and i notice there's more and more people hit by cancer, breast cancer, ulser, cronic stomach and intenstine diseases and worse got this picture of your guts came out from anus....eewww.. I can't stand how such people at the hospital could handle such gross stuff. Looking at the background of the patient mostly they actively having meal outside. Not only that sometimes even the packed food or premade from factory have such illegal stuff to make the food taste good. There a businessman mentioned to me when it comes to thumb rules making profit in food business. "Money matters, make tasty food let customer be happy.. at the end of the day no ones really cares what happens at the end because it not my problem..money man, money". That words echoed in my ear for long time everytime i wanted to have meal outside.How make sure your meal is safe to consume? TIPS:
- When you buy a meal make sure they cook infront of you so you can see live what they add on your food like at the burger stall where you can see clearly.
- Buy drinks from a sealed can like cola, 7-up, 100 plus or anything that is sealed, never buy something prepareed on the glass.
-Don't buy over burned food which left blacked burn marks or known as carbon, consume more cucumber if you do to neutralised the effect.
-BEWARE OF PINK OIL!!!!! that's the number one culpritt putting you at cancer risk. Pink oil happens when they use too much cooking oil until it turns pink. When it turns pink it is known as mineral oil which i usually used for my bike hydraulic disc brake. I work in the restaurant before and most restaurant are likely to keep using pink oil to save money. They don't care much about customer health.
-Hotel food are notoriously have high chemical content. Believe me or not during my young days they wash pot and cooking utensil using VHS HEAD CLEANER! Why i don't know but one of the waitress says it make the food taste good!..urrgghhh.. After that for 15 years i never ate at hotel. You pay expensive food just to die? not worth it.
-When you want to pack "tapau" the food use you own stainless steel container or ceramic pot to keep the food. Polysterine, plastic bag and newpaper "WILL" deposite chemical after exposed to warm food. The heat from the food accelerate the chemical extraction from the container.
-Beware i saw some cook always sneeze!
-Beware of the "plastic" melting and the "underwear voodoo". I'm sure you heard the story locally.
-Acid bicarbonate or chemical that make the food lasts, the ingredient very popular on fast food that was built too keep it for more than 3 days, especially on rice and fish. You know the exotic food.
-Last week i bought a deep fried banana just for experiment as recomended by one of my chemist friend. Leave it out side and see if there any fly, ant or any insect infesting the food. Two days later i don't see any insect feasting on it !!!!! Dangerous food!
-Sponges!! here's something we neglected when it comes to eating outside. When they wash dishes to keep using same sponges on every plate. The technique on using sponges really matters a lot between life and death. Sponges when you squeeze, then place on the dirty plate and release it will absorb all the bacteria and chemical which trapped it permanently inside the sponges. Then when it squeeze again it will transfer to another dishes, the remaining bacteria or chamical will be breed and permanent reservoir for next cleaning. Next time if you feel olike you plate is very oily or looks stainly suspicious then stop eating that meal. Don't believe me? Place a dust of sugar on the plate. Get the sponges at your kitchen, slice it, squeeze out the juiced from the sponges on the sugar and leave it for 2 days....yeah you get fungus like stuff or if you're lucky something like tiny ring worm will be born.
I have too much story to tell because my last jobs was related to food industries which pays suks digit. So wanna life a healtly life just go do your own cooking.

Le breakfast deluxe!
With all those fake food from eating outside early in the morning its better to cook my own which save me money and keep me away from artificial food hazard. Unlike last sunday today menu will be eggs and sausage. Cooked with spicy Thai chilli sauce and black pepper powder all dipped into oil. Tonnes of fat and energy enough to propel me for afternoon outdoor activity.
I save $10 today.

Morning! LAKSA!
Its early in the morning, today breakfast is a noodle called LAKSA, sweet curry gravy style souped noodles with seafood prawn, egg, and spicy nooddles. When you eat you really sweat it out. Nice for morning starter.

Morning special breakfast.
tasty breakfast..roti canai. Simple, cheap, crusty yummy ready to dip with curry sauce. This is called "ROTI CANAI".. ..originated from indian food. This taste good in the morning and really boost my mood to work.
