PART 17: Blevel the door

Create width thickness of the door slabs and outer shell slabs.

PART 16: Metal like ducted floor panel

To make the interior looks more attractive and industrial off-roading looks i decided to add extra poly work on floor detail. Hole drilled metal style floor panel. It looks cool!

PART 15: The dashboard panels

I made a pretty quick modelling on the essential parts inside the cockpit, mainly are dashboard components made up from basic shapes starting from ovalic surface for dashboards, tubular object for gauge meters, gear sticks, pull type e-brake knobs and etc. Others are foot pedal and rear view mirror. The other detailed will be rendered in texture work.

PART 14: The seat construction

Here's the seat design, i just wanna plain and simple to models and just looks good as stock design seat for a pickup truck style. Hoping this one uses less texture space and looks well rendered on plain DX8 style rendering in games..very at least.

PART 13: Interior walls

Back on my on PC again! This time my i'm free from tooth ache! Thank god and the dentist! I'm woking on making some interior models of the truck. The inner cockpit, i start making wall first. I cut out the exterior door, flipped the suface in and bludge inwards to make a proper hull and interconnect with other walls inside. The panels glass position remains unchanged. The floor and wall will optimised the use of low polycount so that it wouldn't lag much in games.

No food for me today

I didn't drive home straight, so i drive and park inside a shopping mall browse around the shoes shop for new pair of sandals, get to the office to pay my phone, internet and electricity bills. Just settle end of the months account payment stuff. Stomach was almost at "E" state, i suppose to go for lunch but in such state having a hollow root in my gum and a cotton wound slabs between my teeth and injured gum i decided not to have any meal for today till next morning wait until the gum wound recovered. The possibily of getting small chunk of food stuck in the pit of gum would is high so don't want risking another painfull sleep tonight. So i decided to take a walk around half part of the city to clear my mind and do some windows shopping. Who knows maybe i found something cool to buy and maybe gizmos for my PSP. Weather looks great today. Maybe its was god blessing on me after putting effort getting myself to the dentist and pull out the source of pain...the next thing sun shiny day no me...hello world! So i walk around the city, see people, too many restaurant, too many food, they smelled good!. ....ergghhh must resist! must resist! food temptation was too strong...must get back to the car!... After long day walk around the city with no PSP stuff or anything interesting for me to buy so i decided to get back in to the car, go hme and work on my designs. The end.

Time to kill the pain! Dentist to the rescue!

Pain! pain! pain!! errgghH!!! from 12am till 9am can't sleep! this time tooth ache got my left brain code red!. Critically brain damaging ache...i think its already reached the limit the tooth can't be saved anymore (but the doctors says it can but at a cost of pain) time to yank it out ASAP!. I took little breakfast and at 9.30am i head quickly to the city Dental Clinic for immediate tooth removal. Hours before reaching there i can fell my heart trembeling in fear, hand shaking cold sweat and mind getting worried. Metal hydraulic seats, the sounds of drills, pliers, tools, scaples, knifes, injection needles and the the dentist itself. Its like steping into Dr Frankenstien scary movie you know you're life is at stake. The pain and the blood ozzing out from the jaw. I can't imagine how freaky it was.. along the way there were two things switching in and out of my brain..."GO...yank out the tooth" or "NO, save your life, bail out and control your pain". This was my second trip, the first was only checkup with outcome having doctor giving two option for survival: "Loose the teeth" or "Save for modification which took few surgery, takes longer timr and an expensive cost". With those volcanic pain overnite i'm going for first option no turn back...no fear! Moments later, ireached the reception conter and waiting for my queue. Was lots of people queuing. Its was long waiting, all i hear was that sounds of drilling, the smell of familiar burning tooth and metal tools pouncing the teeth, Its was like waiting at the death row......no no.. please no pain! no pain! no injection. I hope they just knock my rear head and yank out my tooth while i'm still unconcious or being state of blackout....never know what happen, no pain, just deep sleep. To bad that ain't happen. "DAVID L.!...you're next!"..... Turned white i slowly walk into dental room. All those wicked stuff, tools and the chair was right there. I sat down and automatically jacked up to position where the dentist awaits and ready for excavation. The last word i've said "Are going to use that needle thing?"... So the dentist said "Don't worry son, this one going to be quick"....Huh? quick? what does it mean? quick pain or instant fast removal?.. He was about to pick up something from the tray but i quickly closed my eyes quick just don't want to think about it. Nullified my minds, all blanked. He dug something using tools to my ached teeth, i think it was something like pressing hardly againts my gum, top, left and right, its feel like you press using your finger nails against your gum. I few second my left gum and cheek began to numb. I guess the was the needle allright. No bad...i tought the was my longest nightmare..that was bad at all after i open my eyes say that used tool on the tray was indeed a short flexy needle runing down my gum. That god that was over......i think so. So the dentist ask me to wait for a few minutes to make my left side completely numb...... was numb allright. very numb!
Few moment later dentist is back...he said " Ok, so this one if you feel the unbearable pain coming in just raised up your hand ok?". "How bad is that, is this going to hurt?" i said. "No son just a little" he replied so he began to pickup what looks like a plier that looks similar inside my mountain bike tool box. He then called in the nurse: "Nurse garb this guy head and hold it for me". Huh? is this going to be bad? I felt the plier already grabbed my tooth and slowly he twist left! arrgghh!!! twist right!! urrgghh!! ...Twist left again!! arrgghh!!! Right!! urrghhh!!...repeatedly. Don't get me wrong theres no pain since i'm in numb state, its just like feeling you're trying to stretch out your jaw muscle and you're fighting againts it. Left! right! left! right!...then i i heard from my left ear something a wood like sound "Crack!!!" "Cruukk!!"... then i felt emptyness hollow neep insinde my mouth. He pull the pliers and all i can see was something long lender and dark. Cold but no pain....weird!! "All right son! that was not bad at all! Here your tooth" he said.. "No put it away i dun wanna see it" i replied... no more nightmare!.... But i was glad! it was all over! I smiled!! After month of extreme pain finally the culpurit was remove from my body leaving the longest lived decendants of my body parts away out from my world. The dentist smiled, i too smiled and gratefully thank him for saving my life from living with pain. He saved my life. His name is Dr. LAU. Thanks and may god bless his clinic and his family for saving people from pain and suffering.
So i took my default badly fractured teeth, pick up tablets of medicine for teeth and paid my bill. I walkout feels like free man, a newborn! My left brain was relief from needle pricking pain. Feels like butterfly flying in the coulds again. Sanity back to normal and finally i can work out on my new design more freely and passionately. Thank you! thank you! This is a wonderfull day!

Morning till noon..out to the city!

Today i just do my usual routine, wake up, brush teeth, bath, go to morning church prayer, back home to wash clothes, then go out for breakfast and enjoy the rest of the day out just like any single male do around the world. Anyways this sunday is just like any sunday except unexpected encounter in the afternoon...but later. Armed with PSP equipped with Go!cam (Chotto cam) camera i wen't off and head to the city. Lets start up with me having breakfast, i don't cook my breakfast on sunday so i just head to the town cafe and grab mouthfull of local "KOLO MEE POK" noodles and cold chocolate drinks. 8.55am... not much people around me, most of the shop owned by chinese probably out busy cleaning their house ready for chinese new year so things gone pretty quite around here. I finish up the noodles and sip my drinks pretty slowly while await for nearest mall behind me to open at 9.30am so i could go in to the game shop and grab some accessories for my PSP and HDTV cables for video output. Its nice to be alone on the table without people around me nagging or bothering while i enjoying thinking my sekf what to do next or imagining some creative ideas or maybe next design on my 3d models. The sun begin to rise high and the sunlights rays behind the green leaf making scenes like i'm somewhere near spring seasons. A great view from breakfast table. 9.40am the Mall haven't open yet, i've left the spot and walk towards my car planing to drive to pick up my little brother on his was to his school driving lesson. After an hour i dropped him at the driving school and drive to the nearest mall where the could have sell some PSP accessories that i was looking for. I'm in! there was lots of people..i walk among the crowds...lots of faces..man with family, happy couples, young , old people and some wondering around amuse themself...among them are my cycling buddies held hands with their newly wedded wife and some a husband break away from the shopping crowds into the cafe lot chatting withold buddies while their wife busy shopping. Ok so i head straight to the game shop ..2 hours later i found none PSP accessories i wanted...gawd! Time to fetch back my little brother from driving school.......brrooooommm!!
At the school i arrived early so he still driving around the circuit mini car "Daihatsu MIRA aka KANCIL" round the corner. I snap some beautiful picture behind the fence near by almost dried up pond with my favorite PSP. The water lily grew fast ever since my last visit. Would it be nice if everthing is green around the city.
.

We'll get huge reservoir of oxygen so i wouldn't choke off some carbon fumes whenever i do some urban cycling.
Hungry! so we went out for fast food at E-MART, the menu was sucks anyways but my immature bro likes it. The fast food store was like wanna "Mc Donald" but stinks!. The price was a killer and the looks wasn't as like you seen on TV...was all gimmick. Too bad i was stupidly fall for that and my little bro go just for the bling* of it. I wish i had a real food but just enough to keep my stomach shut up. This burger wasn't look like this in Australia but in Asia was all baddy made burger but people was retard to fight rights of having a quality food that you pay for. It was like "that's ok" comments ot "shut up and eat". I'm fall for it so i ate it just for my stomach.
.

My little brother go for luxury 2 pieces of chicken set which burned my pocket. I should spent more on getting a PSP batteries or at least a special gift for upcoming Valentines day...hey wait i don't girl friends, yeah i should have spent more on my bike yeah!...ehheemm! After stomach full to the brim (almost) we went around window shopping and checkout the crowds around the E-mart. All i was thinking in there was "PSP stuff! PSP stuff! PSP stuff! PSP stuff! PSP stuff! PSP stuff!".
Mom call in suddenly at 3.30pm..."Head back home son and help move out some furniture around the house..your sick grandma droppin in!"....oohh nooo!

Part 12 : Rear roll cage build.

This trucks comes in two option.
-a. With rear bed cover/canopy with back hatches
-b. without rear bed cover...just equipped with rear roll cage.

Earlier design you've seen the first option that is with rear bed cover/canopy hatch. Today another option with exposed bed equipped with rear roll cage. So i expect to have two type of truck design with 2 option.

Happy days returns!...big plan this week

Peek outside my house....bright windy hot sunny day!..Alright! its a brand new day for me! starting today i'm going to have a week of holidays from office work. A big plan to start the week full of usefull activity! Good, the weather is soo fine, sunny and hot! Reminds me being young at 12 jumping around with friend out into country side like Tom Sawyer and Huckleberry Fin....their kiddy life almost similar to mine...that was in the past i hope i can relive that glories adventure moments. Time top grab out my bike and dash into the urban wilderness! ..best was to relief stress and refresh my mind so when i come back home i could design my models at ease tonight. Oh yeah this week i'm planing to finish off the truckm models as soon as possible so i could release is it quick and move along with 2 SDK models to be deployed at the website. Some third party user already waiting behind lines to port my models into various games add-on. Also next i will proceed with the release of the long awaited "SIXTY-7". February new model release is going to be super!

Part 11: The vital appearance!

Time is very short! i have to pump up the speed to finish up the design. Today i manage to design a more rugged appearance..macho and mad looking frontal appearance. Startup with headlights design and light case, the headlights are more mad like eye appearance much like old skool muscle trucks looks. Both top and bottom headlight are pretty similar in design except the lower ones are smaller more like act as fog lights. Headlights hull are deep inside the front case. The top hood in mid section meshes been dug out a ventilation hole direct into carburator for air intake design. I hope the new frontal design will be trademark for the next line of SupermotoXL super offroader. Well it took me more than 9 hours to think about the headlight design. That's what i get for having no blueprint to start with....everthing guided through my brain.

Part 10: The exhaust port

I've decided to design the exhaust which should be located below the front door cabin just behind the front wheel fender for easy fume exiting and more stylish muscle looks.
