Today indoor race gathering at TWC

5L, me, Eugene friend, Tan friend and other join in for indoor race at TWC Serpent shop. Was extremely fun and high speed. I got extremely hard competition against Tan friend who's on MB4 touring 1/18 car vs my 1/18 MB4 truggy. He's on 4Pk and also his car very stable than X-ray and Nanda because of his oil shocks suspension system and balanced design. X-ray and Nanda still have light years to catch up.... the gap are too big. 5L and his friend poison by our MB4 hahahahaha...he said he want to sell his nitro and get like our Anderson MB4. Looks like MB4 extremely stable and perfect handling. We might have another gathering soon. We played from 3pm till 7pm (lucky we brought few extra lipo). Never seen 5L so happy in my life. Smile so big after play at mini race circuit. Oh yeah love my MB4. hihihihi..

Its a hazy day!

Its illegal open burning season again. Some people have no common sense when they start burning their plantation field crops. Their seasonal burning hit our country bad as our city hit more than 150 IPU on haze index. Here its all thick smogs from morning till evening. For the sake of profitting from plantation the whole country suffers. Down with them.

Addiction to mechanical complexity

Every since i was born in a family whose uncle was very fond doing technical works like r/c model assembly, model kits or anything that is miniature, complex, functional and very hightech i was very amaze such skilled work could land him a perfect satisfactory product that could awe public viewer and thus bring satisfaction to a creator. He was very hardworking, plush out every ideas and alternative ways to get it done, once completed its mere happiness in his face after the products perform outstanding function beyond expectation. I was right there all my childhood year watching my uncle building models ranging from plastic assembly kits, electronics, mechanical, radio control models and any hobby grade material. Being expose to such environment i was very much indulge in tech stuff, i was proven to have such skill when i was as a kid in school up to university level. Join invention club, president of Hobby club in college, won several international concept designs at teenage days, mountain biking races, joined and establing 3d design community and got myself into r/c model hobby as my third hobby, For other people view it may looks waste of time but as for me and the community related these activity bring a new world of hidden knowledge, technical secrets and something that cannot be learn by watching people building a models or doing technical maintenance.
Through journey of my life all my hobbies that is mountain biking, 3d designs and r/c model hobby together are heavily related and helpfull in providing wealth of knowledge between them. For example: learning how to manipulate gearing ratio runs inside an r/c car really taught me how to use my mountain bike gear ration more efficiently and thus made my cycling more enjoyable. Even the way how i handle my bike through cornering give me undestanding of G-force effect on r/c car models. For 3d designs, mountain biking and r/c models helps provide knowledge about aerodynamic, wind drag, CG effect and weight distribution on car design mass. These input give mee good ideas design 3d model of car or any automotive object on my computer,
was it fate that lead me to have such wonderfull hobby to fill the void in my life? Yes i do enjoy it. Never in my life i felt boring having interesting stuff to do everyday. I must be a lucky person to be bless with activity which no other person could have time to commit for it. I will treasure every moments everyday.

Technical past time

Just another day of me doing handy stuff.

GO KARAS!!!

Never seen anime sooooo cool with all those special effect both 2d and 3d well blend with its environment. Being 3d artist who appreciate graphics i'm very excited to watch it. Sound and graphics plus its art work top notch. The action also really thrilling. I'm not much of a fan of ultraman or power ranger but this anime genre keep me glue to my seat all night through 6 episode. A night well spent watching. Thumbs up!

Samuel and Grace wedding nights

Congratulation to my cousing for their wedding, whishes them eternal happiness and properity a head. Was very crowded at night held inside community hall. The buffet style food was good for my stomach, veges, meat, rice and drinks. Well i'm pretty full, the next day i woke up late.lol

24 hours not enough

Ever wonder if there were like 36 hours a day. Its hard to spend quality time for myself after been sliced for working hours, driving around and stuck in a jam, breakfast, dinner, lunch in between, part time work and other necessary task which left me just a few or less than 3 hours of fun out of 24 hours in total. I wish i could overwrite my sleeping timetable to more shorter length so i have excess an hour but it would kill my biological clock. Time is crampy. That why wise man always says "Time is money, every second is valuable". I've been practise multi tasking whenever i go to save up more time between home, office and the outdoor task. I always bring stuff that i have to work on from home to the office so i can work it out during breakfast and lunchtime. while waiting for someone inside the car spent playing game on PSP or workout on r/c model assembly or sketch up my next 3d design. Whenever there a void between time i would use the time efficiently doing something that i would do next in advance and at later time i could continue the balance work which save me another extra for other task.
Benn having lots of grey hair on my head, everyday i would planned carefully about what to do next like working on new project, 3d design, outdoor mountain biking, maintenance, what to cook, when to play on my pc, hangout with friends and thing i would miss before my time comes. Wish that time stood still so i could roam freely

LRP SHARK aka ANDERSON MB4

Been runing this little critters for a month now after i sold off all my touring cars including parts and tools because this new ones are better both off-road an on-road. Small, portable, computerised high tech, jaw dropping power and speed not even any of our local real size supercar can catch up with it. Have both world latest technology and world most dangerous explosive power under the hood. Having going through several models throughout my secondary hobby lifespan i found this one an ideal racer both on-road and handling.

Specification:
-------------------------------
model: LRP SHARK 18/ANDERSON MB4
transmission: 4WD with 4 spider diff system
radio rx: Sanwa 2.4Ghz with fail safe
esc: Castle Creation - SIDE WINDER MICRO bushless ESC (upgraded software revision 1.17)
motor: Castle Creation CM2040 - 4200kv
Servo: HITEC Digital MG
power pack: GE-POWER 7.2v 25c Lithium Polymer
suspension: Oil shocks
------------------------------

What can i say, this is the most perfect rc model i ever own, everything custom built inside according to my driving style. The speed, power and computerised tuning is the most drooling factor to own one. Infact was a great machine to race against my rival on the race track...soon.

Micheal Jackson: Ironic is it the world are?

Heart felt condolences to Michael Jackson (August 29, 1958 - June 25, 2009), may he rest in peace. He's my child hood superstar which reflect the pop culture of the 80's. As the news of his departure spread globally people began to flock to mourn and pay last respect to their vintage pop icon. On the other side however it is sad to know that after years of public criticism, bad publicity and bad view from the public and media they finally salute their hero....after he went out off out of this world. Ironic is it, when he was alive there was nothing for him but only when he die then they start to appriciate their losses. Today lots of Michael Jackson merchandices, music album and fans made media start preading around both for collective and commercial value. People start downloading and buy albums and even bid one of his stuff in ebay. For the music industry its business, others to pay his long outstanding debt while others just taking opportunity to gain profit. In my point of view all this events show our star mike is nothing but business ragdoll and no respect to his restless soul. If i were Mike i'm surely angry because all these happens only when someone is dead where he unable to enjoy much respect and benefits from the public. If the are truly want to respect as fans then they should do what Michael Jackson dream of...."make a better place for you and for me" just like in his song. Money does make happiness grows.

Big block ventilation on XAVAGE design

It took me a week to think about consequences having the idea to recycle the cockpit design meshed for the use other of my upcoming car design then being inside XAVAGE. I've some plans building 3 more new design using the same cockpit design but with implication having different engine setup and placement mount. Because all of them having V12 size engine cramped behind driver seat and need extra cooling and better air circulation for the driver itself generated from outer vent to both inner driver space and engine so i decided to add extra ventilation system just behind the driver seat which act as rear coolant because the air intake is just near by beside the external door. Its a new idea for me thus need improvement.

The almighty small 4WD dirt monster.

Once again......Its small but pack all the lastest technology equivalent to hi tech computer and machinery. Can't believe its costs a bang to let it run wild on the dirt track. 2.4Ghz spektrum module, high kv brushless motor technology, programmable computer tuned ESC with software modification and upgrade, 4 channel computerised remote control, high dischare rate lithium polymer pack, precision mechanical parts and lots more... and can fit inside a shoe box. This time its even better!!

The adrenaline night

I keep my budget low on my r/c activity by going virtual with friends online. The feeling, handling and excitement almost the same as real world except you won't able to crash anything physical. After few run i'm still at 3rd place average. Ouch! that guys was good! Will see him on next challenge tomorrow. hahahaha.

Enter the urban jungle

Not far away from my house we rode inside the urban jungle which hidden and unknown by the public. Located not far away from the place we parked our car at Miri City public park, the dense partially exotic like jungle was very hilly thus challenge our mind as it felt very spooky and mixed auro through its surrounding. passing though open field of grass, dense bushes, steep rock climb, down slippery switch back corners, passing through haunted like houses and up again out into the urban world. Me how every don't even felt tired at all but excited because the trails are highly technical, full of obstacles and heavily arouse me to get over it and pump up the adrenaline. Bt the time i get back home once again the tire slowly spew some air out. Its either my weight or something hit it along the way. Must be the tire...$$$$ no no no.
