As usually everday we enjoy cycling after a day stuck in the office. After 3 hours swivelling every corner of the district we settle down in late evening for a nice warm dinner in the open air cafe. we had Salad chicken rice for dinner. I went two round of plate to keep me happy. Surprisingly Miri city have variety of different shape and sizes of Salad Chiken rice cuisine. Unlike Kuching City where all Salad Chicken rice looks constantly same in design and decoration (but they are all crispy), Miri have comes with different styling, flavour and sometimes if unlucky you might feel like you're eating bubbly plastics on some 'cheapy' restaurant...caution. However today i'm quite happy with their dishes, chicken meat are very tender, easy to much, salads mayonaise are properly decorated like strings and rices are fried mix with nicely cut springy eggs and minced veges! yum! yum!..Which is why i went two rounds for it. Bruppp!!
