Another MB4 buggy hybrid truggy

Yes i sold my LRP S18 TC TEAM FACTORY but in return i get back as replacement; An upgraded Anderson MB4 buggy with SPEED PASSION burshless system.

Specification:
------------------------
-Anderson MB4 buggy
-Speed Pasion SP Brushless System: ESC 18 A + 7800KV brushless motor,
-HPI SX1 servo
-LRP Steel CVD drives with Steel outdrive cups,

I almost going to sell these buggy as soon as i bought it because i just ripped out some usefull parts (Steel CVD/UJ) which is usefull for my earlier version of white LRP buggy. However since its raining seasons i make use of the buggy by turning it into hybrid version of buggy with truggy arm width via conversion using some MB4 truggy suspension kit to make it looks wider and stable. Buggy looks with truggy performance. Added advantages the ESC is actually waterproof making this models an ideal wet condition basher especially under heavy rain. Overnight i worked our sealing the gearbox, diff case, radio systems and lighten the kit to make ideal model to run under wet condition.

I may have plan to design a virtual models into 4x4 EVOLUTION 2 game based on these 1/18 MB4 buggy. Maybe wait until i finish off other projects.

LRP SHARK aka ANDERSON MB4

Been runing this little critters for a month now after i sold off all my touring cars including parts and tools because this new ones are better both off-road an on-road. Small, portable, computerised high tech, jaw dropping power and speed not even any of our local real size supercar can catch up with it. Have both world latest technology and world most dangerous explosive power under the hood. Having going through several models throughout my secondary hobby lifespan i found this one an ideal racer both on-road and handling.

Specification:
-------------------------------
model: LRP SHARK 18/ANDERSON MB4
transmission: 4WD with 4 spider diff system
radio rx: Sanwa 2.4Ghz with fail safe
esc: Castle Creation - SIDE WINDER MICRO bushless ESC (upgraded software revision 1.17)
motor: Castle Creation CM2040 - 4200kv
Servo: HITEC Digital MG
power pack: GE-POWER 7.2v 25c Lithium Polymer
suspension: Oil shocks
------------------------------

What can i say, this is the most perfect rc model i ever own, everything custom built inside according to my driving style. The speed, power and computerised tuning is the most drooling factor to own one. Infact was a great machine to race against my rival on the race track...soon.

The almighty small 4WD dirt monster.

Once again......Its small but pack all the lastest technology equivalent to hi tech computer and machinery. Can't believe its costs a bang to let it run wild on the dirt track. 2.4Ghz spektrum module, high kv brushless motor technology, programmable computer tuned ESC with software modification and upgrade, 4 channel computerised remote control, high dischare rate lithium polymer pack, precision mechanical parts and lots more... and can fit inside a shoe box. This time its even better!!

buggy bash!

Ah its sunday! a great time to be outdoor again. After church session, i went out for full blown breakfast, pick up my friend and away we go at out to the local off-road race track outskirt of town at 10.30am. Morning was hot, the sky was blue and clear added with pure white flaky clouds. We're carried load of equipment into the track and pit our self on our nitro r/c buggy for preparation to bash around the circuit. Our adrenalin fired up in seconds after we start our engine and hearing those tempting high reving nitro engine pump up those high pitch sound like F1 engine and the smells of methane smoke in the morning. We push our little machine around the track, we punch in the throttle, hit the bump and jump as high as we can. It feels like it hang on in the high in the mid air like a minutes. Certain time it jump as high as 1 storey building and landed perfectly on the dirt like stunt dare devil. That was awesome. Then we race side by side spewing huge amount of dust and leave trails like dusty sand storm. It went on and on till afternoon. The amount of people turn up from three to more than 20 racer. The track getting more crowded and the adrenalin pace was a huge rush. Sweats, scorching heat of the sun, sunburn, high pitch screaming noises of the engine, the smell of methanol smoke and voices of people shouting and cheering getting more and more. At the end by 6.30pm eveyrthing slows down as everyone brought their r/c buggy/truggy machine back to their pit for services, packing and ready to leave. The track owner and owner of our favorite local hobby shop Mr. Foo of Foo Brother Hobby Shop was their giving full support both technical and moral to the racer. Also would like to thank Skydark of Mcnet for the drinks. Anyone i was covered in dust and ready for a cool bath. What a day well spent!

Saturday gathering.

My daily schedule always packed with lots of outdoor activity. Like my primary outdoor activity mountain biking i also allow few hours time allowance for R/C hobby which always being at around 4.00pm and onwards. On this specialday i brought some of my R/C on the event spot to try out few models on few laps around the circuit. Among my favorite will always be that yellow mini which have excelent both performance and longer runtimes to keep us enjoyed till the sun goes down behind the horizon. Only few manage to stay back late and almost we do play r/c on daily basis since its a good way to relax after office hours. As for me going back home early always been a bad news as i know i always ended up sleepy on the pillow.
