Another beautiful day at the beach, the tide is low, the wind was breezy and our glider glide slow and easy over the sunset. It looks beautiful against the blue and orange like sunset horizon as it flew above the sea from line of sight view. I also view it from my FPV equipment just to make sure my flight is above the coastal line. Never felt so relaxed after hard working days. Tagging along are some of my friends flying their gliders and helicopters too zooming around and entertain some beach goer too. Tomorrow is monday....bummer.

Flying tips: Turn it dark
Here is the best solution for those R/C pilot who have visibility problem when flying 'line of sight' (L.O.S) at high altitude on white cloudy sky. Just paint/spray almost 50-70% your plain plane with black or other darker paint against sky color and you will able to see your plane clearly against the blue, white or dusky sky because your plane wings or other parts looks contrast/visible. But do not spary the whole plane with same color make sure you make a differentiation of colors on every surface of the plane so you could recognized which parts is up, down, left or right orientation. Thus you will never loose, confused orientation or lost sight of your plane again. Cheers.

Slow FPV #3. FPV flying in safer way.
Been doing lots of thinking lately about the risk of flying a huge 1.2m over wing span over crowded places below especially when i'm on FPV (First Person View) flight mode which i know its not a good idea for adventure flight for long term. The weight itself is a major concern since it can be alike brick falling from the sky above if it happens. So i've made some research, studies and found a solution which can lead to safer and fun way to do some FPV adventure without huge risk of public damage property if my plane crashed or anything happen in the future.
The solution: Its a flexy 3D EPP foam 800mm winged sub 290gram super light weight profile plane (HK TRISTANIA EPP 3D @ TECHONE SPIRIT) equipped with lightweight nano FPV hardware that reduce any public damage if crash and safe enough to fly around public places and its very slow. Check out my photos. Its flexy, soft, soo lightweight, thin, slow, economical, easy maintenance, looks friendly, funny and have enough performance to fly anywhere, unlimited heights and required less space to land or you can grab it in the air. Crash test shown it doesn't even cause serious damage to public property, animal or any living thing including people around it. I've did lots of maiden flight with this EPP profile plane, it fun, entertaining 3D plane both to the pilot and the public and capable to fly low and slips though narrow places and places where normal planes though to be impossible and easily grab my hands on it while in the air. Since i'm an adventurous mountain biker i took advantage to fly FPV with this and manage to discover new forest trails, terrains and discover cool places before i decided to jump on my mountain bike. This is forever my favorite FPV plane. Awesome and i'm glad to make this hobby a safer and adventurous activity. More video coming soon on this EPP FPV flight.

Fly 3deee!!
Im going flipping 3D! Ok I’m saying flying 3D not about building 3D models but I still do make some but at slow pace but never declining. So I’m now branching a new path of flying that is flying some cool acrobatic moves and 360 degree stunts which local flyer called it 3D flying. I bought some 3D planes range from various types of size, built and performance which now I had 6 of them and still counting. I got myself PRECISION AEROBATIC ELECTRIC SHOCK, 2X HK TRISTANIA/TECHONE SPIRIT, HK PITTS SPECIAL, TECHONE PIAGET and TECHONE MALIBU F3P. Also soon to come are 1.4m size 3D planes. A break from soaring into the clouds and back to the sea level flying patterns and 3D moves it was a blast flight as I’m proud that my thumb stick skills still rocks since my last 3D heli flight with all those cool move a plane model can do that can jaw drop some spectator who came to watch our mini airshow. Its been 2 weeks into 3D and I’m soo hooked with also those cool moves such as prop hanging, knife edges, harrier hover, rolls, figure 8, imellmans turns and all sort of funky flying style beyond limitation. Good thing some of my favorite planes are made of soft EPP foamies, lighter than a pair of jeans, virtually no maintenance, cheap parts, safe to fly in the public and if it crash into anything it doesn’t even scratch a thing. This is good stuff for friends and family who spectate nearby.
We also did some creativity of our own putting strips of LED for night fly and it was spectacular sights having some bright blinkies in the night sky, was a crow magnet too. Since I’ve been flying this friendly slomo foamie 3D flight I made some new friends from curious spectator who also ended interested into flying. Flying sometimes can be a social thing and sometimes I ended up invited for a tea time having flying nearby my neighborhood. Looking at the mirror I don’t I have a friendly facial expression on my face due to some irritating wrinkles well maybe i looked like Bozo the clown with balloons ready to entertain the kids, lmao. Anyway flying is socially fun and it keeps me away from bad influence on TV, lol.

Birds eye view flight in 2011
No words could describe how awesome was my previous 2011 activity, it’s a whole new world up there so let’s recap back again some stuff that I used to tweet and fb some picture back then. Enjoy some awesome view and scene around our local flying venue with on-board cam on my rc planes.
