Almost a routine - Saturday PSP gathering

This is almost a PSP routine for us on every Saturday, Me, Eugene and Tony. This is the onlyway to release our frustration against others virtually in GTA. However i'm not that luck since everyone teaming against me. The good news i had my sniper and bazooka. lol

Like any Saturday

My mind clogged with too many thing to do this Saturday and Sunday, gladly all the thing i wanna do is really interest me and get me excited. Others like outing with family and friends i also plan along to spent my weekends out doors fully before working days start. I'm not planing to spent too long on computer doing 3d models and design, my eyes kinda sore after stick too long under low lit LCD. My Saturday was great, driving along the road cruising under sunny blue sky. Life isn't that bad since my rules of living quite simple. "Ignore critism and just follow my own way"...which is why my life isn't that boring or typical nerd type infront of computer even my actual career says that. I suppose to take screen shots of Starbuck TrackMania demo videos into public gallery at my website...oh well its Saturday... i take my time to cool off and enjoy my day. Biking, PSP, RC, dinner party and etc on my list.

Bike needs medic help

My Saturday was spoiled or you can say interrupted by a compulsory schedule: bike fix. Well i have to since the last race did terrible things to my bike which make me wonder having being in top ten placing worth winning against the destruction of my bike. Got me a box of spare parts and replacement on worn out parts recently. Well it took me almost 1 day to scrub frozen grease gunk and 5 hours of re-building the bike to normal function. At then end of the day got me greased all round my body and smells like rough neck oil rig crew. My bike have ressurrected!

Saturday party dinner

Well actually its prayer and thank giving dinner, I'm not enjoying much because i have stuff to do upstairs just join for slice of the time. Fried noodles, curry beef, fried sweet sour fish, prawns, yellow rice, another beefy thingy, cakes, jelly and other stuff that i missed. Its a thanks giving prayer over my family over god protection to my family who previously saved from last month accident which causes us to lose one of our vehicle during our journey to attend grandma funeral. Yeah i'm still waiting for my new ride probably next week or later. Uhhh...i'm tired of waiting for my new black Sedan.

Grandma hometown: Part 3 -Monday

Monday 23, Time to go home. Before that leaving the place my favorite uncle who is my mother's little brother gave a me a nice present to add to my Radio Control collection. I was surprise to receive a high quality built R/C buggy made fully from cold forged alloy chassis that was made back in the early 80's. Its was a collectors item a TAMIYA SUPER CHAMP. Wow!!! i was excited and thanked my uncle who was a hard core Radio Control enthusiast. I packed my things and head to the airport along with my little sister and 3 cousins who were heading to the same flight destination as i do. I had great times and felt glad that i renew my visits to this place after absent for more than 5 years. Glad to be on tour.

Grandma hometown: Part 2 -Sunday

Sunday 22, Its burial event. 7.30am in the morning still cold and chilling. I didn't take my bath cuz i here you don't smell much, just brush teeth and wash my faces. Taking bath around this hour is like pouring buckets of ice cube over my body. A nice hot natural tea and biscuits for breakfast. Later at 9am we prepare some food to be cooked in mass amount for our incoming guess during lunch time. Food mainly some fresh buffalo meat, rice, vegetables and hot tea. At 10 guess have light morning snacks and then later its time for the burial ceremony where we load the coffin into the truck to be carry over to our native cemetry. There we have the usual departing prayer for our grandma and some ground work to bury the coffin. Its took almost 2 hours under the hot morning sun. By 12pm noon everyone back to my place for mass lunch ceremony and feast on tasty lunch. Being as hungry as horse i munched 6 bowls of crusty beef floss....yummy!! i don't usually have this kind of chances back at my home. Crusty flossed beef is always been my favorite. According to our mother side tradition funeral ceremony last for 14 days which usual activity include night rosary prayers and big dinner for family, relatives and friends.... it means it doesn't end there yet. So lots of work to do for 14 day, Luckily i'm not going to be long enough here to witness the ceremony because i need to go back to my hometown in MIRI and get back to work....that will be on Monday air flight going back home. At 3pm i followed my father to visit my grandmother of my father side which located few kilo's away from another side of the village, Reaching there we were greeted by our still in good shape grandmother and hos loyal furry friend, 2 cats and 2 dogs. I spend few hours in their house minalyb taking bath, snoring during nap, playing with furry friends and enjoy the view on top of the hill. She still the only grandma we have left. By night i have to pack my things, greet goodbye to my relative as i have to go back to the urban side of the town tagged along with my sister so that we could catch early flight next morning. So we stayed at my mother's sister house.

Grandma hometown: Part1 -Saturday

Ok so we know my grandma already went back to our Fathers house in heaven. So i'm sure she's now in peace and happiness in gods house. Amen.
Its been years i haven't gone back to my grandparents hometown in Limbang city, they usually live outskirt of the city far into the green country side where real friendly people live closely in harmony and live under true meaning of helpfull neighbour. I finally went over by plane last Saturday morning for funeral visit and at the same time visits cousins, relative and people who we closely tied as family. From the LIMBANG city took 30 minutes to reach the remote country side by car. As i grew older i pretty like the village where my grandparents live, its so refreshing peaceful and friendly. You dun have to worry about money life, Food and resources is all around us by nature. At my grandparents place by noon we have to prepare some meal for guest to arrive. At night everyone gathers around like big family reunion including close friend and neighbouring villages. Then later we gather for prayer to my grandma and the rest of the night as usually some people will sleep over our house while other elder hangout drunking, laughing and chatting all night until wee morning...its usual life scene nothing to be shocked about. Sleeping in country side is cold and chilling. You don't need air-cond around here. Its all natural with dense wet cold fog surrounding the house. I have to tuck around the corner of the living room cuddle my body as compact as possible to maintain body heat as there's not much blanket to cover myself as there to many room fully crowded with overnite people.

Saturday day out.

No surprise now i'm much back again into Radio Control scene after absent for years. The parts getting cheaper and the trends also pushing up way popular then ever. I've already put my investment into few hobby grade R/C models and daily wnet outdoor for fulltime spin around local ground if i'm not onto mountain biking for the day which pretty much explain why i'm relax a day after the ride. Last Saturday evening me and my buddy who's on bigfoot bettle doing some off-roading near the beach but i've settle some technical problem for 1 hours then manage to get going later on the dirt. I've spent 30 minutes fulltime swing around and jump on the dirt with my truck doing some big air and then flip tumble 360 degree and back on its wheel again ready to sprint all over the track. It was fun pastime and great way to be outdoor watching me driving along with friends remotely on miniature car/trucks. As usually there always few trade off after fun bashing around the dirt...yeah back at home always been maintenance work, lubricating, adjusting suspension setup, tunning the electronics and unlucky me i had broken servo which cost me few bucks to fix it but its no biggy.

PART 33: Today final UV mapping and texturing task.

Well today suppose to finish up texture UV mapping task which i think i should have enough of it and brush it off my back today. UV mapping all the detailed parts is a heavy task i i just don't want to hang around for another day or two. Today ia a must. Some left over parts include door slabs/sidewall, engine and fender bolts. Later after that i could work on final texture improvement using Corel Photopaint to fix some broken pixel lines and rematching the color and shading. Texture improvement should take about a day till tomorrow morning. My expectation to have fully built truck complete physical appearance on stock configuration should be available for preview this Sunday...but that is only my expectation and estimation.. so no accurate prediction when it will be in a complete form..i'm rushing now.
