Searching for perfect simulation platform.

Few days ago i bought this "Crashday" game from Atari publisher at my local PC shop. My buddy Patriot also bought it and have fun for its ability to make instant tracks. The game have a very good early development tools complete with tutorial and on the fly mod tools available for download (http://cidesigns.freepgs.com/cday/1_introduction.html). Today i went back home early to test some feature in Crashday and see if it could help me interested putting my design and models to run in that game. This year i'm looking foward to expand my models deployment not only in 4x4evo1 and 2 but also other potential game with major changes in graphics and physical enhancement apply in the game to boost realism looks on my models. At first KC forum (http://vales.com/flatout introduce the game FLATOUT but it lacks of total control and feeling "ownership" and of your vehicle/creation just like how you grab you models and touch/experience every corner of the models you built...failure. Two, then comes XPAND RALLY game...nice graphics and major plus on replay and camera view angle but also lacks similar to FLATOUT, don't feel you have total control over the vehicle. A year later CRC (Cross Racing Championship)..good game and handling but cheap GTA (Grand Theft Auto) style graphics with expensive modeler tools to spent just to model a vehicle for that game. Currently i have a near realistic car game which have similar characteristics to popular console game Granturismo...these are PC's SIMBIN FIA GTR: nice car handling, physic, engine, speed and etc..but also lack most on graphic feeling you own a PC which is 3 year behind on GPU feature. Worst it support limited polygon amount which is around 8000 kilos of polygon for performance sake and lots of redundant LOD work. Now CRASHDAY, still under review, not in a hurry to jump in.
I played for 3 hours, some feature satisfied me the most is the 'baked' model rendering, updated graphics, appearance enhancement, multiple cenimatic camera angle and it dosen't hurt your brain to start model a vehicle for CRASHDAY since tutorial and tools made availble on the fly. Thing that are in doubt is handling and graphic bugs which the developer left in a mess and put some garbage expecting future mods to clean it up. Its really hard to drift in the game since every car tuned stocks for agility and duel mode. So looks like user have to tweak manuall via text pad program to edit the vehicle handling and feeling. Now i'm still reviewing and see how it goes.....my next design should be sitting on much better game physic and graphics..a must for next step in SupermotoXL Designs.
